A telehealth-based wellness center where we provide holistic care designed around your unique needs accessible from the comfort of your home.

Where are you located?

We use a secure platform where we will meet by video. We adhere to HIPAA regulations and our platform ensures all types of communication including our patient portal and telehealth visits are secure and HIPAA compliant as well.

How does it work?

Our process is designed to be convenient, confidential and centered around you.

  • Schedule Your Appointment – Choose a date and time that works for you through our secure online booking system.

  • Complete Your Intake Forms – Before your visit, you’ll fill out easy-to-complete forms about your health history, current concerns, and goals so your provider can prepare for your session.

  • Meet With Your Provider via Telehealth – At your scheduled time, you’ll join a secure video call from your phone, tablet, or computer.

  • Receive Your Personalized Care Plan – Together, we’ll discuss your needs and create a holistic, individualized plan.

  • Ongoing Support – Depending on your plan, you can book follow-up visits, message your provider, and access resources as needed—all from the comfort of home.

Do you accept health care insurance?

No. Our model is a bit different from traditional in-office care. We focus on longer visits and truly personalized care tailored just for you.

  • We offer both fee for service and wellness plans. Both models include a 60-90 minute initial consult visit with ongoing support designed to meet your needs.

  • We do accept HSA/FSA cards and we are happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement or to be applied to your deductible. Please check with your insurance regarding benefits and coverage.

What are your fees?

  • Initial consultation 60-90 minutes - $350. This is for new clients.

  • Follow up visits 30-45 minutes - $150

  • General wellness visit 30-60 minutes $150

  • Convenience Care visit 30 minutes $75-$150 Varies by complexity.

Payment is due at time of service.

Can you provide medication management?

Yes! Prescriptions will be electronically sent to your pharmacy of choice.

What are your hours of operation?

While we have scheduled hours, our goal is to accommodate your needs. If you do not see a day or time that works for you, email with your availability and we will find a time that works.

What is the cancellation policy?

24 hours notice is requested. Full amount will be charged for less than 24 hour notice.

Your well-being is at the heart of everything we do. To make sure you receive the safest and most personalized care, we ask that all new prescriptions-and most prescription renewals -be managed through a scheduled appointment.
